Whether you’re wanting to replace your old fuel tank, remove your stock tank out of your cab, or you’re converting your pickup to fuel injection our CPP Hybrid Aluminium Injection / Carbureted Fuel Tank is the perfect and most economical solution on the market.
Our Aluminium Injection / Carbureted Fuel Tank is designed as a simple bolt in replacement, they fit between the stock rear frame rails, behind the diff of your classic pickup without the need for modifications. All of our tanks are a model specific design and are bed fill flush configuration, which are designed to be used with a flush mounted fuel cap in the bed floor of your pickup.
They are built from ¼ inch thick aluminium, making them one of the thickest and strongest tanks in the industry. They are fully baffled for ultimate fuel pump performance and can be used in both carbureted and fuel injection applications. These fuel tanks have a larger capacity than factory, with capacities of 75-83 litres depending on the year range of your pickup.
Our Aluminium Injection / Carbureted Fuel Tank will accept industry standard 6-bolt internal electric fuel pumps and most popular five or six bolt sending units. They feature a 3/8” NPT outlet and a fuel pump block-off plate with a 3/8” NPT inlet to be used when a return line is required.
We do offer a CPP Universal Fuel Tank Sending Unit to suit these tanks as well as CPP Universal In Tank Injection Fuel Pumps to suit a range of applications.
Included Parts:
– Model specific, hand fabricated aluminium fuel tank with integrated mounting points. Mounting hardware also included.
– Fuel pump block off plate for use in carburetted applications including hardware.
– 2 x 3/8” NPT 90o fuel outlet fittings and block off bung.
– Fuel cap, fuel pump and sending unit not included.
